"Mass agile work is no longer justified and there are all the tools, including rights and protections for workers and users of public services, which guarantee ample organizational flexibility to individual administrations".
It is one of the passages of a note from the Department of the Public Function which, in eight questions and answers, addresses the issue of smart working in the PA. "Those who are invoking generalized smart working in the PA - it is written - are not satisfied with regulated agile work, structured and widely flexible (...) but calls for a return to the March 2020 lockdown situation ".
