(ANSA) - ASCOLI PICENO, 04 JAN - False in public deed for 150 attestations of the administration of Covid anti-vaccines that would not have taken place, but which would have allowed the Green pass, deemed false, to be issued for vaccination to 73 subjects. This is one of the accusations made against a general practitioner of Ascoli Piceno, who has an agreement with Asur, arrested today by the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Ascoli Piceno on the orders of the investigating magistrate also for embezzlement in relation to 120 anti-Covid doses withdrawn from the Ascoli vaccination center of which , according to the prosecutor Umberto Monti, the doctor would have discarded, without having inoculated them.
The order of the investigating judge of Ascoli, which for the doctor applies precautionary custody in prison, also affects one of the 73 people who have obtained the Green passes deemed false, for whom home detention was instead ordered.
All Green passes deemed to be false have been seized;
cell phones and other material were also seized from the interested parties which, for the Ascoli Public Prosecutor's Office, are useful for reconstructing the exact boundaries of the affair.
The crime of forgery in concurrence with the doctor is hypothesized against each of the 73 subjects possessing a false green pass.
