Unfortunately, there is no perfect way for everyone to lose weight. However, starvation should never be the method of choice. Instead, you can pay attention to what you eat: when you cook yourself, use

You need the following ingredients:
500 g tender leek sticks
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 stalks of marjoram
2 tbsp olive oil
50 ml dry white wine
700 ml vegetable stock
2 tbsp sour cream
salt and pepper
nutmeg
grated zest and juice of ½ organic lemon

Recipe for leek soup: how to lose weight with vegetable soup
Cut the leek lengthways, wash it thoroughly and then cut it into fine rings.
Peel the onion and garlic and dice them both.
Wash the marjoram, pluck the leaves and finely chop them.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onion cubes and leeks in it.
Also add the garlic and marjoram and sauté everything while stirring over a low heat for about three minutes.
Now pour in the broth and wine, bring the soup to the boil and then simmer covered over low heat for 20 minutes.
Puree the vegetables with a hand blender and stir in the sour cream.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg, lemon juice and zest.
And your
healthy vegetable soup
is ready with just 100 calories per serving.
Spread the fruity-fresh lemon-leek soup on four plates.
If you don't care about the calories, you can also serve a piece of fresh baguette with it.
