Paitoni, trap to separate Dani from his grandfather and kill him

(ANSA) - VARESE, 05 JAN - "With the excuse of a snack I made him sit on the chair, and I landed a sharp blow".

So Davide Paitoni, 40, confessed to killing his 7-year-old son, Daniele, in Morazzone (Varese).

According to the precautionary custody order, "he proposes to the son he is about to slaughter a surprise for his grandfather", a drawing, and so he tells his grandfather with hearing problems to "wait for him in his room where he can watch TV".

Then "he slipped a piece of cloth in his mouth to prevent him from screaming", the document continues, "which leads us to think of the child's awareness that something tremendous was about to happen to him".
