Finding the PS5 in a store is actually next to impossible.
But a whole pile was discovered in a shop at an airport - with a catch.
Many PlayStation fans are still looking for a PS5.
Sony's new console has been on the market for over a year now, but availability remains extremely poor.
In order to prevent a large influx of customers, some stores keep their allotments secret.
For example, if you ask about the PS5 at GameStop in the store, you might be lucky.
It is currently impossible to find the PlayStation on the shelves of shops - at least in this country.
At an airport abroad, they are issued in batches.
PS5 is being sold at the airport - at a completely overpriced price
But this PS5 offer has several catches.
On the one hand, the shop is located
at the airport in Buenos Aires in Argentina
- several hours by plane from Europe.
If you are planning a vacation in the corner anyway, you might now be able to get hold of a PS5 on the way back.
However, the second catch is that the console
costs an absurd US $ 1,699
there .
In Germany, the price is usually around 500 euros.
In South America, prices well over 1,000 euros are not uncommon.
A year ago, such a discovery was also made at Istanbul Airport.
There the PS5 was still comparatively “cheap” at a price of the equivalent of 850 euros.
