A semblance of concord.
Tuesday at the beginning of the evening, the deputies raised to 16 years the threshold required for the vaccination pass for the "extracurricular and extracurricular" activities, sports or cultural for example, against 12 years in the initial project of the government which finally rallied to this change.
This modification was adopted almost unanimously - 386 votes in favor, two against - during the examination at first reading at the Palais Bourbon of the bill establishing the vaccination pass.
The consensual climate to amend the text decided against the electric atmosphere that had prevailed the day before, interrupting the session and especially with the climate again very tense Tuesday evening after the publication of the words of Emmanuel Macron to the readers of the Parisian.

The compromise on this issue relating to the vaccination of minors, which had greatly contributed to tense up the debate, was made around an amendment by the socialist Cécile Untermaier, subamended during the session by the government.
It plans to "not apply the vaccination pass for minors aged 12 to 15 but to maintain the current health pass system for these minors".
"Only the health pass can be applied to school trips"
Thus, the vaccination pass would only be applied to "the age from which a minor can be vaccinated against Covid-19 without parental consent", ie 16 years.
The sub-amendment presented by the Minister of Health Olivier Véran, and voted, however specified that "only the health pass can apply to school outings, as well as to all extracurricular and extracurricular activities".
A decree will have to specify these activities, sporting, cultural in particular
If the provision is maintained in the Senate, the vaccination pass will therefore remain, requested from the age of 12 for "private activities", such as going to a restaurant, said the minister.
Other amendments asking that the health pass is not required for minors were withdrawn or rejected, in favor of the compromise finally voted.
