A statement immediately followed by a "little moment of surprise", explains Pauline Théveniaud, "because we are not used to the president talking so cash."

The phrase was then taken up widely in the press.

Tuesday in the middle of the night the examination of the bill on the vaccine pass had to be suspended again because of the storm caused in the National Assembly by the little sentence of the president.
