(ANSA) - MILAN, 06 JAN - The offers received by the Interbank Fund for the Carige share are more than one, the investigation is underway and on Monday, at the end of the Management Committee meeting, "probably" it will be known who it will go to exclusive.
The Fitd clarifies this, at the request of Consob at the end of a long day that saw the stock market speculate on the stock (which gained 4.5%).
The Fitd "does not consider it appropriate to comment on the content of the indiscretions, nor to rectify some inaccurate quantitative indications contained therein" but confirms that it has "received preliminary and non-binding offers, subject, among others, to the performance of verification and due diligence activities and which contemplate the granting of exclusive rights ".
