(ANSA) - VATICAN CITY, JAN 06 - "If we always remain at the center of everyone with our ideas and presume we boast something before God, we will never meet him completely".
The Pope said this at the Angelus, adding: "If our demands do not fall, if vanities, obstacles, races to excel, we will also adore someone or something in life, but it will not be the Lord! claim of self-sufficiency, if we make ourselves small, then we will rediscover the amazement of adoring Jesus ".
"Whoever has the desire to overtake, does not notice the presence of the Lord", concluded the Pope. (ANSA).
