Stock market: Hong Kong, opening lower (-0.28%)

(ANSA) - HONG KONG, 06 JAN - Opening down today for the Hong Kong Stock Exchange: the Hang Seng index lost 0.28% in the first few, at 22,843.20 points.

    In Shanghai, the Composite fell by 0.39%, while that of Shenzhen by 0.61%.

    Opening lower also for the Tokyo Stock Exchange, after two days of gains: the Nikkei index lost 0.65% at the beginning of the session, at 29,140.08 points.
