The same goes for the cupcakes dish - after all they are the patties, winning here in the recipe for the same combination of flavors, which turn it from another homemade meatball pot with peas as we always prepare, into a dish rich and full of flavors.

How to make Greek meatballs with peas?
1
The meatballs:

2 Heat a wide pan with a quarter cup of oil and sear the patties nicely on all sides, in several rounds, according to the size of the pan.
When all the patties have been fried, remove all the leftovers from the frying pan with a slotted spoon, and return the patties to it.
3 The

Add the wine, garlic, peas and a glass of water to the pan with the patties and cook for 10 minutes on a medium flame.
4 Beat the egg yolks with the lemon juice and melted cornflour in a bowl and pour them into the pan over a slow stream, stirring constantly.
The sauce will thicken almost immediately.
Turn off the heat, add the dill, season with salt and black pepper and serve
