(ANSA) - BOLZANO, 07 JAN - In Austria the compulsory anti-Covid vaccine has been introduced since February 1st.

The Elga company, which manages health cards in Austria, announces that the vaccine register will not be ready before April.

In the note, the company highlights that it was not involved in the drafting of the law that provides for the mandatory nature of the vaccine.

Problems are caused above all by exceptions to be foreseen in the national register.

The Elga also indicates the difficulty with regard to foreign citizens who live in Austria but without a social security number.
