(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 07 - The President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella gave Samanta Cristoforetti the color that the astronaut will bring on board the International Space Station (ISS) in the mission scheduled for spring 2022.
The President received this morning at Quirinal the ESA astronaut with the Director General of the European Space Agency, Josef Aschbacher, the President of the Italian Space Agency, Giorgio Saccoccia, and the Chief of Staff of the ESA Director General, Elena Grifoni Winters.
