The 100 euro fine for those over 50 who violate the vaccination obligation will start from 1 February 2022. This is specified by sources from Palazzo Chigi. For public and private workers and unvaccinated freelancers, subject to the obligation to have a Green Pass strengthened from February 15, 2022, there is also a penalty from 600 to 1,500 euros in the case of access to the workplace in violation of the obligation . For people who access the services and activities in which it is mandatory to have it without a Green Pass, there is a penalty of between 400 and 1,000 euros.
