The desire to improve their culinary skills is among the good intentions of Italians for 2022. This is what emerges from a survey by HelloFresh (home recipe box service launched from mid-October) carried out by the Censuswide research institute. The will, expressed by 59%, would be aimed at "pampering family or friends with a dish prepared with their own hands for Sunday lunches". Sentiment is part of the desire for conviviality and the desire to spend more time with loved ones in 2022 (45%). Among the results of the survey it emerges, in particular, that for 56% of the respondents "there is nothing that makes the atmosphere more relaxed than sharing a meal prepared at home".46% think that cooking is also a tangible demonstration of the care and attention they have for loved ones. The percentage rises to 53% in the case of a female response. Finally, among the good resolutions for the new year, for many (31%), there is the desire to have a more balanced diet, despite the thousand daily commitments.
Lack of time (for 34%), of organization (for 24%) and of inspiration (for 21%) are instead the main reasons why we often fall back into a repetitive and not very stimulating diet.
