1,485 people have been admitted to hospital in the past 24 hours, slightly below 2,306 admissions on Friday.

Among these patients, Public Health France has 3,815 patients in critical care, the care units reserved for the most severe cases, against 3,815 the day before and 3,506 on December 31.

In 24 hours, 243 patients integrated critical care, against 358 the day before.

143 new deaths are also to be deplored, bringing the total of deaths since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic to over 125,349 people.
