Sanction of 100 euros for those over 50 who, as of February 1st, have not started the primary vaccination cycle
; who, as of 1 February, have not completed the "primary vaccination cycle"; or who, again starting from February 1, have not had "the booster dose following the primary vaccination cycle within the terms of validity of the green certifications".
This is indicated by the decree published overnight in the Official Gazette
which also establishes how the recipients of the notice of initiation of the sanctioning measure have
10 days from receipt to communicate to the ASL "any certification relating to the deferral or exemption from vaccination obligation
,or another reason of absolute and objective impossibility ".
