Gynecologist Explains Danger in Bottom Protector (@anniedeliversmd)
Gynecologist Annie has built herself an audience of nearly 100,000 followers on Tiktok (@anniedeliversmd) and recently took advantage of the platform to warn women against frequent use of a bottom (bottom) shield, with many telling in comments they did not know about the dangers involved.
The gynecologist explained in the video that wearing a petticoat too often can cause contact dermatitis - a red and itchy rash caused by direct contact with an irritant.
She says she often encounters women who come to her with vaginal irritation - and she explains to them that it is not an infection but a rash that results from the regular contact of the skin on the panty.

"When they explain that they do it because they do not like the touch of the discharge in the panties, I recommend carrying an airtight bag (ziplock) in your bag. When you feel the discharge - change your panties, but do not put on a panty," she said. Love them. "

Annie's video garnered 11.4 million views and many women admitted that they were unaware of it and also did not know that there are so many women wearing panties every day.
One wrote: "I'm shocked by the amount of women wearing panties every day !!! It's crazy. Just wipe the discharge off the toilet paper when it happens."
Another viewer wrote: "Wearing daily bandages makes you produce more secretions. Let yourself breathe."
Another added: "Do women really put on a petticoat every day? I usually put on a petticoat the day before or the day after my period."
In contrast, one of the viewers wrote: "I wear them every day and I had no problems. It's not 'sad' or weird, it just makes me feel more comfortable. Each case on its own I guess."
