(ANSA) - ABUJA, 09 JAN - The death toll of armed raids rises to 200 this week in the state of Zamfara in northwestern Nigeria.
A spokesman for the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs Sadiya UmarFarouq told AFP.
"More than 200 people have been buried as a result of the bandit attacks. We are also very concerned about the displaced people who are fleeing their communities by the hundreds," he added.
