"Any hint that I do not comply with any inquiries, orders, requests or warrants regarding my phone is a lie."
Alec Baldwin
in a video posted on Instagram returns to the tragic death on the set of 'Rust' of director of photography Halyna Hutchins.
And he assures that he is cooperating "1000% with the investigation" after the request for the seizure of his cell phone.
The actor explained that authorities in New Mexico, where the shooting took place, are coordinating with authorities in New York state, where Baldwin lives, to get the phone, adding it was a long process.
"Obviously, we will abide by 1,000% on all requests. We absolutely agree," the actor said.
The American police officers in charge of the investigation were authorized on December 16 to seize Baldwin's cell phone, which was holding the revolver from which the real bullet that accidentally killed the director of photography was fired.
The actor has always claimed that he has never pulled the trigger and in an interview he assured that he "has no idea" how a real bullet could have ended up on the film set.
