(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 10 - From the afternoon of today snow falls above 600-800 meters in the central-northern areas of Calabria and Sicily, with generally moderate contributions to the ground, up to abundant above 1,000 meters, especially on the Ionian side of the Sila ; snow level gradually rising above 1,100-1,300 meters during the day tomorrow.
This is indicated by a weather alert from the Civil Protection.
Still, from tomorrow morning, it is expected to persist from strong to stormy in Emilia-Romagna, Marche, Tuscany, Umbria, Abruzzo, Lazio, Molise, Puglia, Campania and Basilicata, with gusts up to strong storms, especially along the coastal sectors and Apennines. Finally, there are strong tides along the exposed coasts.
