(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 10 - Controls on the super Green Pass began this morning at dawn in Rome, now extended to a wider range of activities.

Local police agents, as we learn, have started checks at the bus terminus as well as in the bars and for now they do not register any critical issues.

In the field also the Atac staff who together with the brigade check tickets, strengthened pass and use of the Ffp2 mask.

The first penalty of the day was raised at Termini station to a boy who came out of the metro without Ffp2.

In the capital for the checks on the strengthened pass today about a thousand men are expected to be employed among the police, carabinieri, financial police and local police.
