This is how to make tornado scrambled eggs the TikTok way
Apart from a frying pan, you only need one special tool for scrambling tornado eggs: two
chopsticks
.
That's how it works:
Beat the eggs and whisk them like you would for regular scrambled eggs.
Pour the eggs into a pan on the stove over medium to high heat.
After the eggs have set for a few moments and begin to sizzle, insert the ends of the chopsticks into the eggs, leaving some space between them.
Next, carefully use the chopsticks to twist the eggs as the liquid pieces spread around the edges and continue to fry.
Keep turning the eggs slowly so that they wrap around themselves until all of the eggs are completely fried.
Then all you have to do is place the tornado scrambled eggs on a plate and serve!
If you gently pull the chopsticks out, the center of the eggs should loosen, creating the appearance of a tornado cone.
