As of January 5, 268 under-19s were hospitalized in intensive care for Covid,
compared to 263 the previous week.
The highest numbers are recorded in the 16-19 age group and in those under 3 years of age.
This was revealed by the Italian Society of Pediatrics (Sip).
In particular, the number of people admitted to intensive care in
the under 3 years of age group is 68 as of 5 December;
in the 3-5 year range they are 24;
in the 6-11 range there are 39;
in the 12-15 age group they are 61 and in the 16-19 years old they are equal to 76.
