First it is important to understand that if our fitness is good and there is no health limit, there is no reason to panic, as training at high heart rate levels is not a negative thing.

Conversely, such training can achieve excellent results and improve the activity of various body systems.

Blood circulation and heart function improve, the respiratory system and oxygen levels in the blood work efficiently and even the fat burning rate increases when the pulse is high.

In the same breath, with the high pulse also come symptoms of dizziness, weakness, difficulty breathing, pain on one side of the body or confusion.

A high pulse caused by an activity that does not match our physical fitness is something that can be dangerous, as it causes a lot of strain on the cardiovascular system, as well as a sharp rise in blood pressure, respiratory effort and a sense of failure, so it is necessary to listen to our body.

When the limit is crossed and the warning lights start flashing, it is important not to ignore them, and it would be right to slow down and, if necessary, stop the activity.

There are certain factors that raise the pulse even if you are not a beginner athlete like too much coffee before training or eating chocolate that may affect heart rate, smoking, poor diet and hormonal changes.

Despite the formulas that reflect our maximum heart rate, it is important to remember that an amateur athlete really has no reason to reach a maximum heart rate that can endanger him.

This does not mean that challenges are not important, but they must be tailored to the purpose for which I am performing the activity, assuming these feelings recur, you should consult a doctor for an ergometric test to make sure there is no health hazard we may not have been aware of.
