(ANSA) - PARIS, 11 JAN - New record of infections in France, "350,000 new cases, even a little more", announced the Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, before the AssembléeNationale, anticipating the end-of-day data of SantéPublique.
Yesterday the infections were 93,000, a relatively low number which reflects, like every Monday, the minimum number of swabs on Sunday.
"Even the hospital system - continued Véran - is put to the test. There are 22 million patients hospitalized for Covid, 3,900 in intensive care in a period also marked by the flu and the consequences of bronchiolitis, which was particularly strong this year" ( HANDLE).
