Ingredients
4 divided chicken legs
3 medium-sized potatoes
Olive oil
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp
½1 cups basmati rice
¼3 boiling buckwheat

Preparation
How to make a chicken, rice and potato stew in Behart?
1 Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2 Rinse the rice well and strain off water residue.
Peel the potatoes and slice into 3 cm thick slices.
3 Heat olive oil in a large, wide pot that can be baked in the oven.
Fry the chicken from the side of the skin for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
Turn to the other side and fry for another 5 minutes.
Remove the chicken to a large plate.
4 Fry the onion in the same pot for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it begins to caramelize.
5 Move the onion to the side inside the pot, add some more oil and add the bhart.
Mix well together with the onion.
6 Add the rice to the pot and stir for about a minute.
Arrange over the rice the chicken pieces in a uniform layer (and add the liquids on the plate) and sprinkle the potato slices around.
8 Carefully pour the boiling water into the pot and season with salt.
9 Close the lid and bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat and transfer the pot to the hot oven for 40-45 minutes (until the chicken is ready).
