For the seventh year in France, the job search platform Glassdoor unveils the ranking of the twenty-five best employers in 2022 according to employees.

," notes Glassdoor, who notes that the two years of the pandemic have "
prompted employees to review their motivations and expectations with respect to their work and the quality of life they seek there

On the next steps of the podium, we find the software publisher Salesforces (-1 place over one year) and the consulting firm Bain & Company (entry in the ranking).
Both are Americans.
Apple (entry) and Google (entry) come eleventh and twenty-second respectively;
Hermès and L'Oréal in seventh (+8) and nineteenth place (-9).
It should be noted that the winners are in a pocket square: the first ten recorded a score ranging from 4.3 to 4.7 out of 5. Last year, they ranged from 4.2 to 4.5.

Thus, seven of these top ten companies had recourse to teleworking before the health crisis, in particular bioMérieux, Salesforce, RTE, SAP and Schneider Electric.

The ranking is based on the opinions of employees - collected anonymously the previous year on the platform - according to eight criteria: general work environment, career opportunities, remuneration and benefits, values and culture, management team, private and personal life balance, percentage of employees who would recommend the company to a friend and rating the company's prospects.
