Ingredients

    • 4 eggs

    • 1 cup sugar (200 g)

    • 1 cup (200 g)

    • ½ Package sweet cream (120 g)

    • 1 cup flour (140 g)

    • 1 teaspoon baking powder

    • 1 cup chocolate (140 g)

  • For coating:

    • ½1 packages 38% sweet cream for whipping

    • 1 pack Vanilla or chocolate instant pudding (1 pack)

    • 4 tablespoons sugar

  • For decoration:

    • Cocoa for firing

    • Colored candies

    • Small marshmallows

    • Small lentil candies

Preparation

How to make chocolate cupcakes?

  • 1 Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

  • 2 In a bowl with a whisk, whisk eggs and sugar well, pour in oil and cream and continue to whisk.

  • 3 In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder and chocolate to a smooth mixture.

  • 4 Gradually add the dried ones to the egg mixture and fold with the help of a ladle just until the ingredients are combined.

  • 5 Pour into greased cupcake tins, up to half height (note they swell).

    Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cakes are firm.

    Cool completely.

    whipped cream for decoration:

    In a mixer with the whipping balloon, beat all the ingredients until a stable whipped cream is obtained.

    Transfer to a icing bag with a smooth round center and drizzle over the cupcakes.

    Garnish:

    Sprinkle a little cocoa and place marshmallows / chocolate chips and more.

    You can paint the whipped cream with a little chocolate.

    Store in the refrigerator.
