(ANSA) - ROME, 13 JAN - The Minister of Ecological Settlement, Roberto Cingolani, during the Christmas period handed over to Prime Minister Mario Draghi a preliminary document with a package of ten measures (including structural ones) to contain the expensive bills.
The Cingolani document serves as the basis for a provision on the subject (probably a decree law) that the government intends to issue by the end of January.
Government sources have learned this.
