Her video gained popularity and caused women to give up online shopping: "Delivery from the shopping cart", one viewer wrote in the comments and another explained that she had a similar problem when ordering the same dress: "By no means. I ordered it and it looked exactly the same to me. I was horrified! I had to send it back to them, "she wrote.

Compared to the other surfers, Kara decided not to return the dress to the company and decided to try to fix it herself.
She sewed the open areas and showed the upgraded dress in another video.
