foam cake
, for example, you only need
ten minutes
. Because you don't even have to turn the stove on! Why is it called foam cake? Because it consists of the tastiest and airiest ingredient: whipped cream. Together with other ingredients, this results in a fluffy layer of cream that does the cake justice. And simply use shortbread biscuits as the base. No baking is necessary. But enjoyment is guaranteed!

The ingredients for the lightning-fast foam cake
For a rectangular baking pan measuring 38 x 25 centimeters you need:
500 ml whipped cream
500 ml of milk
2 packets of vanilla pudding powder (without cooking)
2 packets of vanilla sugar
5 tbsp sugar
shortbread
Milk to soak the biscuits
Chocolate flakes to decorate
If you have a smaller baking pan, you can of course also use this: the cake will then be taller.

Foam cake: instant recipe for cakes without baking in 10 minutes
Put the whipped cream, milk, custard powder, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat all ingredients with the hand mixer for about 5 minutes.
This creates a fluffy foam that gives the cake its name.
No hand mixer at home?
This is how you whip the cream until stiff without using a mixer.
Soak the biscuits in milk and place them side by side on the bottom of the baking pan.
Spread the foam cream on the biscuits.
Tap the baking pan on the work surface a few times to allow air bubbles to escape.
Decorate the foam cake with chocolate flakes and refrigerate it in the refrigerator until ready to serve so that it becomes a little firmer.
