Are you a fan of the Hotel Transylvania anime series?
Anyone who wanted to experience the fourth part in the cinema must be disappointed: Amazon has now secured the rights.
It was planned that "Hotel Transylvania 4 - A Monster Metamorphosis" will be in cinemas in October 2021.
But an Amazon-Sony deal has now burst the cinema premiere.
The animated film * will now run exclusively on Amazon Prime Video subscription on January 14, 2022, as the
golem.de
portal reported.
One reason for this step could be the cinema flop of the production threatened by the corona pandemic.
Hotel Transylvania 4 is primarily aimed at families with daycare and primary school children for whom there is no official vaccination recommendation.
Many families could therefore currently refrain from going to the cinema, according to a possible assumption by the filmmakers.
