In the VIEW project built by the Yossi Avrahami group in the Neve Ofer neighborhood of Tel Aviv, a 4-room apartment was sold, with an area of 105 square meters with a 13-square-meter balcony on the 12th floor. The apartment was sold to an investor.
The VIEW project includes 100 housing units in two 11- and 14-story buildings, located above a commercial floor and a private underground parking lot. Last apartments for sale, including a 5-room garden apartment, with a garden of about 300 square meters.

Ramat Gan
In the THE LAKE project in the Ramat Shikma neighborhood in Ramat Gan, built by the companies Srugo and Tzemach Hamerman, a 5-room apartment on the 5th floor with an area of 130 square meters and a balcony with an area of 13 square meters were sold, including underground parking and a warehouse.

In the HaMa'ayan 11 project, which is being built by the Ram Aderet group in Givatayim, a 3-room apartment with an area of 87 sq.m. was sold, with a 12 sq.m. balcony on the first floor.
The apartment also has two parking spaces.
The Maayan 11 project is a project built as part of urban renewal (TMA 38/2). The project included the demolition of an old 12-story building with 3 floors and a 7-story boutique building with 30 units is currently being built in its place.
The project was designed by Blumenthal Dressler Architects and the delivery of the apartments is expected to happen by the end of 2022.
Price: NIS 2.7 million.
