(ANSA) - BERGAMO, 14 JAN - When the patient Unopositivo at Covid was discovered at the Codogno hospital (Lodi), in February 2020, in the hospital of Alzano (Bergamo) there were "already hundreds of infected" by the virus. This was stated by Professor Andrea Crisanti who today filed his advice for ipm in Bergamo.

   Crisanti explained that the Prosecutor's Office will have to provide him with other documentation on which he can make additions to the advice filed today. The professor added that "from the human point of view it was very demanding to draft the consultancy, having to face very painful personal events".

   When asked if the pandemic could be backdated compared to February 21, 2020, Crisanti explained that "I can say this because it has already been said by the Prosecutor: when the first case occurred at the Alzano hospital there were already about 100 infected".
