(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 14 - Novak Djokovic will be detained tomorrow after being heard by the border police and in the meantime he will be able to remain alongside his lawyers while they prepare the requests to be presented at a new hearing scheduled for Sunday morning.
This was established by Victoria State Judge Anthony Kelly after the government's request, according to the Australian newspaper The Age.
The judge ordered border officials not to expel the tennis player until the outcome of the ongoing legal battle.
He also ordered Djokovic's lawyers to file and notify the sworn requests and statements.
