Sinead O'Connor is hospitalized. The 'Nothing Compares 2 U' singer was admitted Thursday night for help after a series of tweets referring to the possibility of taking her own life so as to follow her son, found dead a week ago at just 17 years old. The American media reported it.
"I have decided to follow my son. There is no reason to live without him. Everything I touch I ruin him," the singer tweeted from an unverified Twitter account linked to her official account. An hour after this tweet O'Connor apologized and reassured her fans: "Sorry, I shouldn't have said that. I'm with the police headed to the hospital. I'm lost without my son and I hate myself. The hospital will help me with that. a bit''".
O'Connor never hid in the past that he suffered from mental disorders and had suicidal thoughts.
