200 g brown lentils

pressure
cooker only takes about a third of the time.

Peel the onion and garlic and chop both finely.

Heat the oil in the pressure cooker, sauté the onion and garlic in it.
Add the lentils and pour in the broth.
Close the pot and cook the lentils on speed 2 for about 6 minutes.
Then let the pot evaporate.
Wash, peel and dice the potatoes and carrots.
Add them to the lentils with the tomatoes, salt, pepper and marjoram.
Close the pot again and cook all the ingredients on speed 2 for 4 minutes.
Let the pot evaporate again.
If using sausages, add them now and heat them in the soup (without pressure).
