Installed comfortably in an armchair, visualize yourself on a seesaw (like that of the playgrounds) and imagine all the strong, exhilarating and pleasant impressions felt when you are in the air.
Also imagine that you gently cushion the descent and propel yourself even higher (we can replace the seesaw with a trampoline or a swing).
Practice on 20/20/20
If you work on screen, raise your nose every 20 minutes and look for 20 seconds 20 feet (6 meters) in front of you or outside.
And if you're on the phone, also take a break while walking.

Avoid unnecessary interactions
Do not overreact to e-mails, SMS, cascading messages that exhaust everyone.
They are very rare to demand a quick response.
Stop apps
Limit apps to eat better, breathe, sleep, move… They are addictive and prevent you from finding the resources within you.
They can help start a process, but not exceed a month of use.
