(ANSA) - TURIN, 16 JAN - Azhar Mohssine remains in prison, the 32-year-old Moroccan arrested by the police in Turin for the death of little Fatima, the three-year-old girl who fell from a building in the center of Turin on Thursday evening.

This was decided by the investigating judge Agostino Pasquariello, who however reformulated the accusation against him: not voluntary murder with possible torture, as hypothesized at the time of the arrest, but homicide by culpable.

The defense request, supported by the lawyer Alessandro Sena, was therefore partially accepted after the man confessed yesterday that the child fell during a tragic game.
