Preparation
How to make date balls?
1 Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in a bowl until a uniform cream is obtained (it can be done in the microwave in pulses of 30 seconds and mix in or in a bain marie).
2 Add the cocoa and cinnamon and mix.
3 Add the ground almonds and nuts to the chocolate together with the dates in a vacuum and start mixing well.
It is most convenient to do this with your hands.
Knead the mass until it comes together (alternatively you can grind the almonds and nuts in a food processor together with the rest of the ingredients until a uniform mass is obtained).
4 form from the mass large balls that you like and roll in ground coconut, cocoa powder or ground nuts.

Tip:
If the mass is too soft and it is difficult to form balls, put it a little in the refrigerator to solidify and then roll.
