Gigi D'Agostino: shows his fans weakened by the disease

In mid-December, the Italian DJ and music producer Gigi D'Agostino made it public that he was seriously ill.
Now he has spoken again: "I hope that this new year will give me some peace and strength," wrote the 54-year-old on Instagram.
He thanks his fans for thinking of him.
He also posted a photo showing him with a walker.
Born in Turin, northern Italy, D'Agostino is best known for his turn-of-the-millennium party hits.
Many still know the music videos, such as for his hit »The Riddle« (originally by Nik Kershaw) or »Bla Bla Bla«, which show a running cartoon character that is constantly changing.
Both songs were in the German charts for weeks.
In 2018, together with the Lithuanian DJ Dynoro, he made a number one hit in Germany with "In My Mind".
D'Agostino wrote on Instagram in mid-December: "Unfortunately, for several months I have been fighting a serious illness that has attacked me in an aggressive manner." He reported "constant pain" and that he was "very weak".
He did not say exactly what he is suffering from.
