Apparently it was the wrong lunch box: A kindergarten child in Weiden in der Oberpfalz discovered cigarettes and marijuana in his lunch box instead of the expected breakfast.
Both belonged to the six-year-old's mother.
The child's caregiver immediately called the police.
Mom gets a report
The child's mother was charged with violating the Narcotics Act.
As the police announced on Sunday, the youth welfare office should also be informed after the incident on Friday.
