1. Prepare your batter ahead of time and let it settle in the fridge

Jordan explains: "This way you will get better results while frying and the pancakes will turn over perfectly."

He recommends preparing the batter the day before and leaving it in the fridge overnight, but if you do not have time, try putting it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

This method will also help prevent lumps in the batter.

2. Do not mix too much

Jordan advises: "Excessive mixing may cause your batter to be too thick. Try adding the wet ingredients (egg, milk and oil) to dry and mix gently together until you reach a uniform batter in its thickness" ..

Use fresh ingredients

Baking powder is the secret to making airy and well-puffed pancakes so Jordan recommends: "Make sure your baking powder is as fresh as possible to get the optimal puffing."

Use a whisk to mix the dry ingredients

He explains: "It saves time in sifting and so you make sure all the flour and sugar are mixed evenly."

5. The size of the pan does determine

Jordan explains: "Use a large enough pan and also make sure the oil is hot enough before you pour your first pancake. This way you will prevent it from sticking to the pan."

6. Clean your pan

"If you use butter to fry the pancakes, try wiping the pan between making one pancake and another, to avoid burnt flavors," Jordan recommends.

7. Know when to turn

Not sure if the pancake is ready to turn?

Jordan explains: "The pancake usually takes about 3 minutes on the first side and then another 1-2 minutes on the second side until it is ready.

" Notice when small bubbles form on the surface of the pancake - this is a sure way to know your pancake is ready to turn. "

8. If you are bad at turning - use the tool

Jordan said: "If you are afraid to manually make the coup in the air, then just use a spatula or a paring knife - first under the edges to release the pancakes first and then invert with their help."

9. Save some at night for a later date if you have prepared too much

Did you do more measuring at night?

Do not throw away.

Jordan recommends: "Wrap the bowl with the batter in cling film and put in the freezer - so you can warm up and enjoy it another time."

10. This is how you will upgrade the taste

Jordan's tip for upgrading the taste of pancakes is: "To add a rich and luxurious flavor to your pancakes, you can add a tablespoon of melted butter to the batter just before frying."
