You need these ingredients for the detox soup with tomatoes and turmeric
1 large tomato
1 can of chopped tomatoes with basil
1 carrot
500 ml vegetable stock (preferably homemade)
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp basil, dried
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper
chives to decorate

How to prepare the turmeric tomato soup
Dice the tomato and thinly slice the carrot.
Then dice the onions (this trick makes it really quick) and mince the garlic.
Heat the coconut oil in a saucepan.
First add the onion and the carrot slices and sauté them for about two to three minutes.
Then add the garlic and after half a minute add the diced tomato.
Cook everything until the tomato is soft.
Now add the chopped canned tomatoes, turmeric, basil, apple cider vinegar and vegetable stock and bring the soup to a boil.
Now simmer the soup for ten minutes until the carrots are tender.
Season with salt and pepper and serve the detox soup garnished with chives.
