(ANSAmed) - BELGRADE, JANUARY 17 - Novak Djokovic, expelled from Australia yesterday, landed a little while ago in Belgrade, after having made a stopover in Dubai overnight on a flight from Melbourne.
The plane that brought home the Serbian champion number one of world tennis landed at 12.16 at the NikolaTesla airport in Belgrade, where numerous reporters etroupes of cameramen had been waiting for hours.
It is not known whether Djokovic will release any statements to the press.
The news of his expulsion from Australia stands out today on all the front pages of the Belgrade newspapers, with terms such as 'sandal', 'shame' in the foreground (ANSAmed).
