(ANSA) - PARIS, JANUARY 17 - The use of the mask is mandatory outside in some particularly popular places in Paris and the Ile-de-France region, such as markets, gatherings of over ten people, public transport stops, but also around the stations , shopping centers, schools, universities, places of worship, and more generally in all external waiting lines.
On Friday, the French government spokesman, Gabriel Attal, announced that a new ordinance concerning the use of the outdoor mask in Paris would be adopted "soon".
The previous day, the justice system had aborted the provision that from the end of December required the use of the mask outside in all of Paris.
