(ANSA) - ROME, JANUARY 17 - The obligation to have a reinforced green pass on public transport "undermines the prerogatives of the Parliament in lieu of the vote on the President of the Republic".
This is what five island parliamentarians headed by PinoCabras, deputy of Alternativa c'e, argue, who filed an appeal to the Constitutional Court for a conflict of powers between state powers and asked for the precautionary suspension of the obligation.
The Council will decide on the request in an extraordinary council chamber convened for January 19 (ANSA).
