After 4 weeks of absolute domination, Spider-Man No Way Home, gives the scepter at the US box office to an expected return: Scream, the GhostFace saga to the fifth sequel, the first without the late Wes Craven, with Neve Campbell, David Arquette, Courteney Cox and Marley Shelton who reprise their previous roles, alongside new entries Jenna Ortega, Melissa Barrera, Jack Quaid, Dylan Minnette, grossed $ 30.6 million.
Followed by Spider-Man with 20.8 million dollars for an American box office total of 698,724,074 dollars and a dizzying grand total: 1,625,024,074 dollars.
Third place with 8.3 million is the animated film Sing 2. The 355 and The King's Man. (ANSA) both enter the top five of the weekend 14-16 January with 2.3 million dollars.
