This was quoted by the German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, quoted by the Tass agency, in Moscow to meet her Russian counterpart Serghei Lavrov. The latter said that Russia "aims to overcome the problems that have accumulated" in relations with Berlin to create "more constructive relations".
